About hungrydesignclub

I started an online store because I love the process of design and I love when my designs exist in the real world on printed objects. There was no mission statement or business plan. It was intended to be a fun exercise in creativity.

Following the death of George Floyd and the subsequent uprising against institutionalized racism and police brutality, I wanted to re-evaluate the purpose of my design work in order to contribute towards positive social change. 100% of store profits will now be donated in order to raise money for criminal justice reform.

Specifically, store profits will be donated to support the Southern Center for Human Rights. This organization was chosen because they are active within the community I live in and because they have the highest possible score on an independent charity ranking site based on the strength of their financial health and the transparency of their operations.

The goal of this store is to raise funds, not for personal promotion. However, please reach out if you have questions or would like to commission pro bono graphic design work to be used for protest organization, fund raising, or reform communications.

Thank you for contributing towards much needed social change.
